Today we will finish the discussion of the Gemarah which addresses the question of which, if any, Tannah disagrees with our Mishnah.
Next, we will see how the Gemarah compares our Mishnah (in which there are no witnesses ) to a case in which witnesses contradict the testimony of one of the litigants.
