In this in-depth course for men with Rabbi Dovid Fink, we will study all aspects of the Laws of Niddah from the sources, tracing the development of the Halacha from the time of the Torah through today, including practical questions of our time. Class description

Our first unit deals with the definition of sexual intercourse.

This definition applies equally to the prohibition of nidda and all other prohibited intercourse (incest, adultery, rape, etc.).

Next week, our second unit will begin to focus on the definition of nidda and closely related prohibitions depending on uterine bleeding (zava and yoledet).

A source sheet covering the principal sources for the first unit is available through the links in both WORD format and pdf. In class we will translate and explain these sources.

Rabbi Dovid Fink

In addition to being one of Rabbi Brovender's first students, Rabbi Dovid Fink is an outstanding expertﾠand teacher of Halacha. Rabbi Fink received his Rabbinic ordination from ITRI and the Mir and was awarded his Ph.D in Semitic Languages and Linguistics from Yale University. Rav Fink has taught thousands of students from all over the world for over 35 years.
