There are three principal issues when a non-Jew is present at the Passover Seder:
- The prohibition of teaching Torah to non-Jews.
- The prohibition of drinking wine or grape juice handled by non-Jews.
- The prohibition of inviting non-Jews to a meal on Yom Tov.
