Hello Everyone,
In last week’s session we studied the suggyah which discussed instances in which testimony may be heard when one of the parties is not present in court. The suggyah mentions in passing that one party to the case may insist that the case be heard before the High Court ( being the High Court located in Israel).
At the end of the session there was a unanimous vote in favor of our discussing this subject in greater detail. So in deference to this vote we will study today this particular Halacha instead of going ahead in Bava Kama.
