In this session, the third and last of this 3-part series, we will complete the aggadah about Haman’s discussion with the King and see another depiction by the amoraim of the King’s intentions towards the Jews.
Then we will move to a later segment of the aggadah, found on Megilah 15b, which quotes a tannaitic source with a plethora of different explanations of what Esther was intending by inviting Haman to the banquet with the King. Some of the answers given are truly surprising!
