Adorning Our Mitzvot
When we get ready for Sukkot, there is a lot of emphasis on adorning or beautifying the mitzvot at hand. Join Rabbanit Fran Miller as she explores these extra efforts through the concept of ‘hiddur mitzvah.’ Whether it’s the arba minim we pick, how nice we make our sukkah, or even how much time we spend dwelling in the sukkah, enhancing our Sukkot experience is important. Why?
Rabbanit Fran Miller is a graduate of the Keren Ariel Yoatzot Halacha program at Nishmat, and studied in the advanced Talmud programs in Matan and Migdal Oz. She holds a B.A. in Judaic Studies from Stern College and B.Ed. from Yeshivat Har Etzion’s Michlelet Herzog Teacher’s College. She teaches adults and post-high school students in person, online, and in midrashot. Fran lives in Mitzpeh Yericho with her husband and three children.
