Hello Everyone,
There is a short passage in masechet Megillah ( and a parallel passage in masechet Arakhin) which discusses the question of Gemarah of saying Hallel on Purim. The Gemarah presents three explanations for our not saying Hallel, one of them being that we do not say Hallel for miracles said outside Eretz Yisrael.
Today we will study an analysis by the Lubavitcher Rebbe zt”l of this suggyah.
