If you pledge a donation to tsedaka, you of course must fulfil your pledge just like any other vow.
But what if you merely decided in your mind that you would donate? At what point does a mental commitment become binding?
In this course we will survey the opinions of the poskim regarding the validity of mental pledges (נדר בלב).
