Berakhot 52a and Berakhot 52b, more of Beit Shammai and Bet Hillel’s disputes about ordering ceremonies at the meal. Today, a lot of time on the tum’a/tahara roots of their debate about the order of handwashing and diluting wine, as well as placement of the towel/napkin on the table or bench, with two underlying disputes about whether we use a ritually impure table and/or whether we employ a housekeeper who does not know to worry more about crumbs larger than an olive’s worth.
